Roles such as chaperoning or other direct student contact may require Level 2 clearance. Confirm the current process with Pinellas County Schools.

Follow the Band Director, school administration, and designated event leaders. Never put convenience or event operations ahead of student safety.
Register and complete any clearance required for the activity. Arrive on time, stay with your assignment, and communicate before leaving it.
Treat students, families, staff, volunteers, guests, and partners respectfully. Maintain appropriate adult-to-student boundaries.
Do not share student, family, medical, educational, financial, or contact information. Follow school rules for photos and online posts.
Follow Booster cash-handling, receipt, equipment, food-safety, allergy-awareness, and concession procedures.
Bring safety, conduct, financial, or student-welfare concerns to the designated Booster officer, Band Director, or school administrator.
